Travelling Australia
Australia is a huge continent and far away from the rest of the world!
Therefore, it is important that you prepare your trip in advance. If you go for the first time I can recommend to prepare at least 3-6 months in advance of the date of departure. During this time you can do some good research and collect all relevant information about Australia, about your destination and your travel itinerary.
What you should know before travelling to Australia.jpg)
These three points are very important because Australia is a huge country and distances are often underestimated by most travellers who have not visited the country yet. Choosing how to get around depends on how your travel itinerary looks like: if you are on a tight schedule, then you should stick to a region of Australia, and renting a car is the ideal solution, especially if you traveling in a small group. But if you want to cover significant distances, like over 1000 km, it is better you consider the plane to move about.
The long distances in Australia, can be affect your vacation enjoyment, in fact what often seem a short distance on the map it takes actually hours and hours by car, and this only adds fatigue and stress.
Tehre is no perfect formula which apply to all. I only suggest combining possibly flights with the use of the car and according to the itinerary you have chosen and to your time frame. It is very important to carefully assess the different options available, once you've made your choice you will be able to plan your itinerary in Australia more accurately.
